I love this wellness app! It covers so much and employees can have access to all wellness programs on their app. I can’t wait for the financial wellness app and it’s 90 day financial fitness challenge to roll out ;)

This app is so great for so many different things, but for someone struggling with knowing which areas to target first with regards to my mental health, this app helped me focus in on what might be most helpful to pursue care for. It also had some great self-assessments that allowed me a bit of insight into where I’m doing well. Will definitely be using to check in with myself every now and then as my situation changes.

This app has been made with a lot of care and understanding to genuinely help people take back control of their health. So many tools from self assessment to expert sessions, everyone can interact with it at their own pace and take their journey with Stella on their own pace. 
I think everyone needs this app for when those difficult days creep up and you can access excellent support at any time. Love it.
