Creio que deveriam melhorar o aplicativo, porque não regista o saldo nem as transações, quer dizer tu entras no aplicativo e saldo é 0 e não existe nenhuma transação registada, a única forma de consultar o saldo é ligando para *449# e seguir as instruções.
Liguei para o apoio ao cliente, eles me disseram para me dirigir a uma loja da Unitel, fui à loja e eles me disseram que devo ligar para apoio ao cliente, fiquei com a impressão que ninguém entende bem o aplicativo, por isso não conseguem esclarecer a situação
