When I first called, i was confused as to why i couldn’t log in to my account and one of the girls told me that our account was canceled due to emails being sent back and forth about a refund which was never even CONFIRMED anyways I was told I was past the 48-hour cancellation window, which I never knew about. There was zero communication about my subscription being canceled, and I woke up to a non-working phone line. It wasn’t until I called again that i found that they totally forgot to give me my refund. The lack of transparency and poor support was beyond frustrating. We for sure won’t be coming back. ### 1/5 — Can’t answer calls! Audio poor for outgoing *2019-11-13* So, the critical, killer problem is that the app simply doesn’t work for actually answering calls. Phone rings, but you can’t pick up. Secondarily, audio quality for outgoing calls is very poor. Much worse than the actual phone, or Google voice/hangouts, or Skype. I keep getting the "external error" response when I try to log in. ### 2/5 — Close but not there yet *2023-08-26* Great concept of not having to carry two phones such as a personal and business phone. However, the drawbacks greatly overshadow any slight positive attributes from this application and it’s company. I can’t even port out this number that I made and plastered on business logos for uniforms, business cards, and any signage for business vehicles. Attempted to port out this number from UniTel from November till April, with an utter failure. Now I’m stuck attempting to talk to customers on an application that lags more then when talking abroad in a military base. Be prepared to talk over another due to those lagging problems. The customer service is egh, not impressed. No one would follow through with anything they’ve ever said or anything they would commit to solve my porting out issue. The “virtual office” on the app will sometimes show you the phone number of the missed call, but 9/10 times you need to go into safari to open the UniTel webpage to log in and actually see who called you. Extremely unproductive, when you’re out in the field working and need to quickly see who you have a missed call from. Now I can’t even log in online, only on the app even though I’m typing the exact same credentials. Finishing my business season and cancelling this sub-par service in the winter, you get what you pay for. Time to get a new phone number and trace back to every customer and update my phone number. What a waste of time UniTel Voice has been. ### 2/5 — This app needs revamping *2023-03-21* I was super excited about having a business line until I found out about the draw backs while using. UniTel will randomly not take calls if you haven’t used it for some time. It also doesn’t show your business name or phone number when you call out, instead it gives this long out of country looking number. That is not the professional look I need for my business. Also, the app doesn’t let me know a call is coming from UniTel and not my regular phone. So disappointed. ### 2/5 — Ok when it works. *2020-08-06* Only works for half of our office. For me it won’t connect for outgoing calls and is not consistent for incoming ones. ### 2/5 — Disappointing *2017-12-08* They have great features but the quality of the calls were terrible and would drop all the time. ### 4/5 — Handy on the go *2020-01-16, version 2.10* I like that the app allows me to take my office phone with me so I’m not chained to my desk.
