I’ve just started using this. It won’t backup and I hope it doesn’t lose its data but I think it’s just the ticket.  Great copy facility and just so flexible. I can play by Spotify music in the background. I’ve imported images of the poses.

I'm a coach and I use this app to help keep my practices and offseason workout routines on schedule. I especially like the custom voice prompts you can add to each interval so you don't have to constantly look at your phone. I just put one of my ear plugs in and go off the voice prompts. if I had to be picky I wish I could share my custom routines with my asst coaches without them having to type it into their phone...

I use this app for tai chi training. I can do a list of qigong exercises. I use different times for different types of exercises and this app works really well for me

Donwloaded and tried many, many timers.  This is the best one out there! Needed something to help with PT exercises - some are timed, some are reps.  Have been able to create exactly what I need.  Have had many folks ask what I use and they are now using it as well.  
Also, received a prompt response (and assistance) from developer with a recent problem.  
A MUST HAVE !!!!
