Kurze Nachricht an das Service-Team gesendet, eine schnelle Bestätigung erhalten und bald darauf die detaillierte Anleitung zum Kontozugriff erhalten. Das war in wenigen Stunden geklärt und ich hatte meine Kohle zurück ### 3/5 — App ist schon ganz gut, aber noch ausbaufähig *2025-03-26, version 3.17.5* Die App ist sieht echt gut aus und die Idee der App ist auch gut. Aber es gibt noch einige Sachen die verbessert werden müssen. Einmal das Video IDent Verfahren. Ich habe glaube ich fast 10 Versuche gebraucht um Verifikationen durchführen zu können. Ständig wurde mir gesagt mein Bild ist stehen geblieben und man kann mich nicht hören. Ich konnte die andere Person perfekt sehen und hören. Der nächste Punkt ist das einzahlen in das Portfolio. Ich habe von meinem Konto eine Echtzeitüberweisung getätigt und es hat gut einen halben Tag gedauert bis es in der App angezeigt wird. Und der nächste Punkt ist, warum wird das eingezahlte Geld nicht direkt in meine ausgewählte Anlagestrategie investiert.
