Attempted multiple times to re-pair them. Succeeded with right hearing aid in bluetooth. Unitron failed multiple times to even recognize that one. The “helpful” video is only marginally helpful if everything goes smoothly. Extremely short video with a finger tap and no text to guide users. Tried online support. Input the issue I’ve described. Nothing came up. Nothing. I’m sorry but instructions, limited support options and basic functionality isn’t reasonable. ### 3/5 — Gut, aber gravierende Schwächen *2026-02-15* Die App ist sehr übersichtlich und mit umfangreichen Einstellmöglichkeiten ausgestaltet. Leider bricht immer wieder die die Bluetooth Kopplung zum iPhone ab. Nach dem erneuten Koppeln friert die App oft ein. Dann hilft nur noch Löschung und Neuinstallation. Schade, bisher ist keine Abhilfe in Sicht. The only issue is that the app often crashes (shuts down) for no apparent reason and has to be restarted. Hopefully this will be resolved. Und dann die Standard Antwort, man soll sich an seinen Akustiker wenden. Der Akustiker kann die Fehler der App aber auch nicht beheben. Das sollten die Entwickler vielleicht mal tun. Cela devient pour moi extrêmement difficile de pouvoir passer une journée sans me dire qu’il faut que je rente pour les recharger. Pourriez-vous me dire si c’est normal, puisque lorsque je vais sur votre site, il est mentionné que les appareils durent à peu près 26 heures et moi au bout de 11 heures c’est fini Merci de bien vouloir me répondre sur cette insuffisance de charge de l’appareil auditif ### 5/5 — Unitron Hearing Aids *2025-03-05, version 5.2.0* I’ve only had my Hearing Aids for a little over a month and I’m extremely Happy with them!!! I went to my appointment a couple of weeks ago to make sure everything was working correctly, they had to change some things which made them even better. It’s Wonderful not just for me but I’m sure my Dogs appreciate the fact that I don’t need to have the TV Volume set up on 25 anymore, a Volume of 8-10 works Great!! My Gratitude and Appreciation goes out to Dr. Tripp and his Staff for everything they’ve done for me in going through the process of getting my First Set of Hearing Aids so easy. Thank you Unitron for making a Great Product that makes such a difference in my life and I’m sure in Others.
