## What is Unitronics UniCloud?

UniCloud application brings the power of Industrial IoT right to your fingertips, enabling you to work with comprehensive business and operational dashboards that provide real-time visibility into your machine data. Beyond data visualization, UniCloud enhances your operational agility and control, enabling secure remote access and management of devices from any location to ensure uninterrupted productivity and efficiency in your industrial activities.

UniCloud Remote Operator and Telemetry:
Unitronics’ Vision and Samba series controllers support simultaneous connections. In order to enable both Telelemetry and Remote Operator to function simultaneously, define at least 1 additional port for Remote Operator in the UCR router UniCloud configuration. Do not use the default port for this purpose.

Note that if you do not define additional ports, the same port will be used for both Telemetry and Remote Operator. This means that when Remote Operator is active, no Telemetry actions will be performed.

The UniCloud App remote access functionality supports UniStream, Samba, and Color Vision product series only.
