## What is UNITS™ DrivewayXpress?

Service advisors can now greet customers on the driveway using a tablet device and have them on their way in minutes!

Looking professional is only the tip of the iceberg. Real time connection to the UNITS® Platform API means changes you make to a Repair Order are reflected immediately in the DMS. There is no need to take notes and enter them later, reducing duplication and errors. 

DrivewayXpress makes it all so easy, with simple functions like Google-style searching for all search fields and a logical screen layout, presenting only the data relevant to the task at hand, like linked service codes.

Create an RO from scratch, search for existing ROs, create jobs for existing ROs or making service recommendations. Service History and Vehicle Condition reports with camera integration are available at a touch, along with the customer’s details. Moreover, their signature on the RO can be stored electronically!
