I’ve tried a few self-growth apps and honestly most of them are a bit hit and miss but this app is actually decent. It doesn’t just throw random and generic advice at you. It feels a lot more thought-through and practical (not just fluffy stuff) which makes a big difference. You can actually use what it suggests in real life not just read it and forget about it five minutes later. I’ve found it really helpful for staying on track and having a bit more of a think about things day-to-day. It’s also dead easy to use and not overwhelming which is a win. Not gonna lie, I was a bit sceptical at first but it’s turned out to be proper useful. Defo worth a go if you’re into working on yourself without all the cringe.
