When I tried to access again I got the message “ your maximum limit has been reached please enter a different amount or visit the Casino cage for further assistance. Went to the cage and a cashier provided me with a phone number to contact a representative. The representative took my contact info and said someone would reach out to me. It’s been more than 24 hours and no one has contacted me, AND I tried once again to add funds to my account and received the exact same message as before. ### 2/5 — U wallet registration *2026-05-30, version 2.5.38* The U wallet registration does not work from the app and no one knows how to fix it. ### 2/5 — Glitchy *2026-02-15, version 2.5.35* At first the app worked. Was told the don't know why. My friend spends aprx. $100 to $200 a month and gets free rooms..Not sure I will ever come back ### 2/5 — Poor rewards *2025-11-16* The app has a lot of bugs and is very intrusive to privacy. A lot of spam emails as well. As for the Tampa casino location. Too many kids running around and a lot of ghetto people as well. The bathrooms are poorly kept, there is always something broken in the facility. RTP is horrible and has gotten worse. They are taking out all of the decent RTP games and replacing with high viability games that aren’t fun to play. The free play is fair the first time signing up and goes downhill from there. Spending a couple thousand dollars will get you $25-35 dollars “free play” As far as friendly wait staff, I have spent several hours and can never get a drink unless I go to the bar. And doing that you loose your machine because it’s so crowded. The cleaning crew gets in your personal space constantly. They also crank the music up to a level so loud you have to scream at the person next to you for them to hear you. Around 10PM. And again, all the kids come out to party at that point. I have been gaming for over 3 decades and have to say this is one of the worst I’ve seen in all my travels. And just a suggestion, raise the standards a bit Tampa Hard rock is quickly becoming like the ghetto cruise. ### 1/5 — APP update *2025-10-14, version 2.5.28* They make it mandatory to update APP and even provide a dropdown to update, but it does not work. It takes you back to you must update. Now I do mot have a working APP. I wish the casino could test this out before releasing. Same thing as when they changed their web site last year. In specific; the “cash club- stay in the game” offer to buy chips at tables with debit or credit card” ### 2/5 — App needs help *2025-06-04, version 2.5.26* Sorry to say but your app isn’t working well at all - please keep working on it Have talked with customer support twice today Still isn’t working as it was ### 1/5 — Terrible Customer Service - Won’t honor points system *2025-06-03* Customers beware: Hard Rock will not provide you with Unity Tiers or Points if you make purchases that are not linked to your Unity member account. I made $250 in purchases over the course of two weeks. At the time of downloading one of their apps for games, an account couldn’t be created due to an error with their webpage. I explained this error to their customer support and provided screenshots of my recent transaction to obtain credit. Hard Rock will not honor the points. It’s a tough hill to die on to lose a lifelong customer over $250. There’s plenty of other casino operators (MGM) that will take my money and reward me. You guys failed to be cheap. ### 1/5 — They changed login *2025-04-19, version 2.5.25* This is not a five star app all you have to do is try to login now since they have the security I think I counted at least 10 taps I have to do in order to get in including opening up my email account to get a security pass code went to customer service at hard rock they tried something to break that to give me an easier security login didn't work so now I'm complaining please somebody who developed this app try using it yourself every day or every other Like I do and see if you enjoy it… Longtime hard rock Patron ### 1/5 — App is bad, service is worse *2025-04-01, version 2.5.25* I am an Icon member (highest earned tier). What does that get me? Treated like I don’t even exist most of the time. I have REPEATEDLY reported problems with information not showing in the app correctly. The only response I have received is an email stating what should be showing in the app. My inquiry included asking WHY/HOW this happened, especially because my background of implementing technology solutions for Fortune 500 companies has taught me that, at best, there are some very serious business process problems and/or data synchronization issues. It’s possibly an even worse problem, because this situation could indicate that someone with access to the system that feeds entries like free play into accounts may be stealing from members. The entire Unity program was rushed to market, and is full of very serious problems. The only worse rollout I have seen is healthcare.gov. The inherent problem (in Florida) is that the Seminole Tribe has a monopoly on gambling, so there is no reason to care since they have zero competition. Want a better gaming experience? Delete this app, save your money and use it to either go to Vegas or get politicians elected to overturn the monopoly in Florida. Even major gaming influencers on YouTube avoid Florida - what does that tell you? I encourage every member to report their issues directly to the Florida Gaming Control Commission, the National Indian Gaming Commission, and the Federal Trade Commission. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — SAVE YOURSELF - DO NOT DOWNLOAD *2026-08-21* Save yourself the headaches and do not download this app. Just use the web. Read the recent reviews. I made the mistake of not checking them first and only looking at the high overall rating. I went through the “sign in” workflow on my iPhone, not “sign up” and the app generated a new account number and orphaned my long standing account number. Now I can’t sign in anywhere with it. I visited the promotions desk at Hard Rock AC and they did not have the facility to help me. They gave me the number for customer care and they couldn’t help me. Customer Care gave me the email address, which sent me an automated email saying it would be 3 days before they would get back to me, and if I need immediate assistance use the previous methods instead. A circular loop with only the smallest hope of ever getting this resolved. The in person rep. told me these issues have been going on too long. As others have stated, there is no way this was properly coded or tested. Where I come from, releasing something like this means job loss for multiple responsible parties. If that had happened a new competent team would have resolved these issues by now.
