It used to but now it’s not. When I try to log in it says “app not responding” but it worked perfectly for my MOM! I’m so confused and angry ### 3/5 — IT’S AN ALRIGHT APP *2026-02-21* It’s an okay app, but it does have glitches here and there. Also, please add Zelle back again!! ### 3/5 — Text notifications??? *2026-01-10* After the update September 2025, I had to set up all my text notifications again. I set up alerts for automatic deposits; withdrawals (since done bills are automatically paid); transactions so I’d know when checks cleared; & bill payments. Texts came, sometimes duplicates, bug at least o was getting them. Late November I realized I was no longer getting alerts. I’ve called Unity One a couple times. First time I was told the person turned alerts off & back on. Still didn’t get them. I’ve gone in, deleted the alerts & reset them all a couple times. I still don’t get them. Today I called - spoke to a rude person who apparently doesn’t know when you work in customer service - patience is key! I’m the customer & am frustrated & her snotty shortness didn’t help. She said she’d write a ticket for IT. I asked when I might hear back & she repeated she’d contact IT. I said I didn’t appreciate her snotty attitude — and she hung up on me!!?! She did call back later, saying It checked & they are sending texts. I should shut off my iPhone, check that I have messages allowed. “It’s a problem on my phone”. What the heck?! I did do those things, but highly doubt I’ll start getting text alerts again. This upgrade has been nothing but headaches. I’ve been a Unity One customer since 1977 and am seriously thinking of changing banks! ### 1/5 — CANNOT MOBILE DEPOSIT! *2025-12-06* The new updates make it impossible for me to do a mobile deposit! The two different times I tried my arms got so tired of getting the check in the super fussy view finder! I'll have to drive to make the deposit. Not sure what I'm going to do when trying to mobile deposit when out of town! I hate it! UPDATE 12/6/24 Front of check works but back does not! It kept telling me to write mobile deposit only in it when it clearly is already there!
