### 1/5 — Awful. A waste of time

Terrible UI design with lack of common protocols for basic use (e.g., no prompts describing what the password reset requires, just errors when your choice of password isn’t acceptable to their unknown parameters).  Who keeps hiring these guys?  Cheap medical practices?  Obviously no user testing done, just building to medical business requirements with no focus on who the real users are meant to be: the patients.

I’ve done everything to try and make this work but the second I try to load the app, it begins loading and drops. I have only successfully used this app once. I’m in an iPhone 15 Pro Max with almost all my space empty, this isn’t a problem on my end.
