I know it is your system and not WhatsApp because I took a screenshot of a different thing and was able to send to the same recipient the payment notification was for and that worked. You have "send money" button, which when clicked gives your 4 services. Meanwhile those 4 services are also already on the front page 🤦🏽‍♂️. Please remove that 2-step "send money" portion of the interface at the top to keep the UI clean and simple without the clutter. Anytime there are several options to do the same thing, you're doing something wrong. This is simple UI design philosophy. Just see the simplicity of Sendwave app's UI and follow suit. Thank God that now your exchange rates are no longer ridiculously four to five taps away. They held money supposed to be refunded for almost two months instead of 14-working day. I kept calling them but they don’t give any sensible answer. It was better in previous years but of late you can’t trust your money with them. I currently still have my money with them for the second time for over two weeks. What security feature is it? The app has a feature to share but it so complicated and time consuming requiring you to share link and enter codes etc something a simple screenshot solves. I phoned several times and spoke to customer service but they have not taken any action on refunding my money. I don’t intend to transact any further transfers with this company until it is resolved. Can this issue be resolved asap please ### 1/5 — Avoid UnityLink – Unacceptable Delays & Poor Customer Service *2025-03-27, version 2.23.6* I had a terrible experience with UnityLink. I sent money using their service, but they seized my funds for over 14 days, claiming they needed additional documents. I provided everything they requested, including my ID, bank statement, payslip, and authorization letter, yet they kept delaying with no proper updates. Their customer service is extremely poor all I received was an automated response saying my case was “escalated,” but no action was taken. I requested a refund, and even that has been delayed without any clear resolution. If you value reliable and transparent money transfers, avoid UnityLink at all costs. I will be reporting them to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) and FCA for their unprofessional handling of my funds. Made a payment, money hasnt been processed for 2 days now. Tried calling the company on many occasions, nobody answers, they say you can request a call back, nobody calls back. The line hangs up after waiting on hold so long. Live chat nobody responds. Impossible to get good communication. Claiming i need to send proof of id to verify my account but i sent that days ago.
