I have charges on my bank statement paid to Univera (my insurance) AND Excellus BCBS (an insurance I’ve never joined). Trying to straighten it out through NY Medicare as I can’t get a live person at Univera that has any clue, or power to help! The app also says ‘payment history’ but doesn’t show it - had to have my bank print statement. Horrible! ### 1/5 — Slow at best other wise doesn’t work *2026-07-08* The app glitches a lot by randomly closing, I can rarely login. On the rare occasion I can login to the app it takes over a minute to actually let me login and then I have only a few clicks before it randomly closes out the app and I have to attempt to log back in. Besides the fact that I am a member that cannot access their account through the app I work for and handle welfare for a large company in WNY that uses univera for their active members. I now understand their frustration with the app and will also be reporting this to my boss and board of trustees. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work at all *2026-02-05* Zero stars if I could, I never been able to login just sits at the loading screen and never opens the app! ### 2/5 — Univera *2026-01-01* This app is junk you can’t register won’t take member ID,I didn’t even have this trouble for independent Health, if it wasn’t the fact the Roswell won’t take Independent Health I still might just go back to them ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2025-11-14* The app doesn't allow me to log in. But I can log in just fine on the website. 1 star because it cannot be used at all. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-12-20* Just error messages when entering user name and password ### 1/5 — Useless for Medicare Advantage users *2024-11-13* Hoping to be able to also linkup to the OTC benefits for Seniors but that is not available.This App is geared towards mobile phones not iPad users ### 1/5 — It’s junk *2022-08-09* A horrible app. Half the time you can’t login, and when you try to pay your premium you get error msgs. It doesn’t work, and Univera is of no help.
