I have been using Univerge Blue Connect for about 1 year now. It is the ultimate business communication service. All my business calls are routed to all of my devices and I can simply answer or make a phone call from the most convenient device at the time of the call. While still part of the Univerge Blue devices, I no longer use my office phone as I find it easier to make/answer phone calls, send SMS, from my laptop or mobile device (iPhone/Pad). Also, the voice mail is converted into text and I find it super helpful when I can read some keywords that at times are not clear in a message. I can cut and paste key info from a VM into a email or text. I can’t never go back to the old ways.

会社が契約しているから使わないといけないが、とにかく電波が悪すぎて、声が途切れるのがほとんど。仕事にならないので、通常の電話アプリでの外線で、社内の人と電話している。

会社の方針で内線代わりにこのアプリ使用に切り替わりました。しかし、着信に出ようとしても、接続中の表記のまますぐに着信そのものが切れてしまうため業務に支障をきたしています。もう少し通話が繋がりやすいように仕様変更を検討していただけると助かります。

For 2 weeks now when I log into the app I am not able to receive calls or make calls until I uninstall the app and redownload it. I keep getting an error “We are unable to complete your call now due to failed SIP registration. Please enable Local Network permissions by going to Settings>Privacy>Local Network on your phone.” I’ve always had volume issues with the app and it will ring once or twice then go to my voicemail.

Phone still rings when i have it set to do not disturb with notifications silenced and when my phone is on do not disturb. My phone and app are both fully updated and it happens every weekend

The actual app barely works, sometimes I can answer calls. Other times it says it’s ringing but it won’t actually let you answer. Have to delete and reinstall several times a day. Even then it’s a 50/50 shot of it working properly again. It also often drops calls for no reason and disconnects people. However it’s wonderful when it works. The idea is good but the app has a lot of bugs.

We decided to replace our old system and our IT contractor convinced us to go with is system.  In retrospect we should have kept our 15 year old system.  When someone internally calls from their extension to my extension it will ring once on my cell phone then goes straight voicemail.  When I call the person back they say it rang 5 or 6 times on their end before going into voicemail.  Our IT guy suggested deleting the app then reinstall but that didn’t help.

まだ使い始めたばかりですが、改善要望をお願いします。
1.ステータスで内線は受けれるけど、外線は鳴動しないという設定ができるとありがたいです。
2.外線を受けた際に『他者応答』ではなく、はっきり誰か（名前もしくは内線番号で表示など）わかるとその後のやり取りがスムーズになるので助かります。
よろしくお願いします。

Since the update, I no longer have the option to transfer calls! Idk why that disappeared, but it is a necessary feature for my business. Please fix!!

I was fortunate to find out about universe blue/ blue connect early on when starting my private internal medicine. practice.   One of the biggest concerns patients have is when they cannot reach staff when calling regarding prescriptions or other issues. Because of Blue, we have been able to look at visual voicemail through our email and use the app to quickly respond to calls and messages. It has helped tremendously with my patient satisfaction.

After using other client apps, UNIVERGE Blue Connect is in a different league to the rest.  Audio quality is spot on, plus having the ability to “Flip calls” between devices is brilliant. Using UNIVERGE Blue Connect means you can be truly mobile.
