仕事で止むなく使ってますが、早くiOS14に対応してください。1ヶ月以上経ってるのに、まだ対応してないとかありえないです。

他の方も指摘してましたが、Apple Watchに通知が来ないのも最高に不便です。

このアプリが対応しないせいで社用iPhoneのOSがまだアップデートできません。迷惑をかけてる自覚がないんですか？

Ever since I started using this app, my battery is drained by the end of the day. I checked battery stats and it’s using the most battery out of all my apps even on days when I don’t use it.

You can use the push notification incoming call function to improve battery consumption. But, your company's voice server system and network change is required.

バッテリーの消費が異常に早くなったので調べてみたら、ST500が50%を消費していた。
11Proで1日もたすのが辛くなるくらいだからかなりひどい。
バックグラウンドで全体のバッテリーの50％も使用するアプリはあり得ない。
PBX側の設定？でなんとかなるのなら、導入時に指導しろと言いたい。既に導入しているユーザに連絡して、対応するくらいはして欲しいと思います。
待ち受けでバッテリーを大量に消費する電話アプリって使えないと言ってるのと同じだけど、その認識あるのかな？

個人所有のスマホで社外内線として使っていますが、着信音の鳴りわけができないので、画面表示を確認しなければ、個人に掛かって来たものか、内線かの判別が出来ない。
また、Wi-Fiの兼ね合いからか、アプリの画面表示は左上に受話器マークが表示されているのにフリーズしているようで、着信が受けられない時が有る。
同様な症状はApple CarPlayに接続した時も現れる事が有り、使い勝手が悪く信頼性に欠ける。
これらの症状は一年前にメーカーに伝えたが、全く改善されない。
通話品質は悪く無いので非常に残念です。

There is an option to adjust log level and even to export log files.
But those logs were password protected zips. We could not find any source to provide us a password for that.
So debugging seems quite impossible…

音量を端末で最大にしても聞き取りにくい程音量が小さいです。その点を除いて使えますが、まともに聞き取れない様じゃ通話アプリとして使えない。

端末でのボリューム調整の他に、ST500の設定に音量レベルの調整がございます。下記設定の変更で調整頂けませんでしょうか？
ST500設定＞プロファイル一覧＞「プロファイル名」＞サービス設定＞音量＞スピーカー
初期値は0dBとなっており、最大+10dBまで上げることが出来ます。

販売店で設定完了しているがpush通知が来ないため電話が来てるからわからないから立ち上げっぱなしにしないといけない。
そもそもアプリ内のシステムの中のpush通知をオンにすると着信出来ない。

This app is so far behind. For the amount you pay for the system the app is a huge let down as soon as your phone goes to sleep you can’t receive calls trfs to you is just one example. Given that remote working has been a thing for 2 years now it’s annoying that this systems functionality is so poor!!!!

Wi-Fiを繋いでいると1分以内に切断される。
在宅勤務が増えているのにWi-Fiに安定対応していないのは考えられない。
音声コーデックも業者に聞いたら、帯域を圧迫するため指定のもの以外は使用しないで欲しいとのこと。
それであれば用意しなければいいのに。
電話通信関係の大手でこの程度のアプリしか作れないのか。

5秒程度で通話が終了してしまう状態がしばらく続いています。

プロファイル設定も間違いはなし、使用しているIOSは14.6です。

現IOSのヴァージョンに対応していないのか、期間的にオリンピックの影響による公衆回線への負荷によるものなのかわかりませんが、現状ほぼ使用できなくなってしまっています。

普段の通話は正常にできるためアプリ側の問題ではないかと思っています。

Use this for home working and it’s so annoying when people keep struggling to hear you on this app. It should be really clear, but even with good 4G signal or great wifi speeds the sound quality for the other person is very poor. I wish someone could fix this as it would be such a good system otherwise.

1. It’s not ringing all times who app is closed or sometimes just one ring and disconnected again !!!

The app interferes with Apple Car Play. It switches audio to the ST500 app as its running in background. There should be an update to make it friendly with Apple Car Play.

Apple Watchはcallkitに対応していないので着信通知が来ません。
他社の通話アプリのようにcallkit機能をアプリでオフにできるようにしていただき、通知がApple Watchにくるようにして欲しいです。

App works well however the battery drain is excessive even when running in the background. Users not adopting it because of this. installers unable to offer suggestions to fix it. Can anyone offer suggested keep alive settings?

It’s a real problem from a usage point of view. When will it be fixed?
