I bought a week subscription a while ago and it worked fine but today I tried to buy a month and it stole my money and didn’t give me pro.good game but I hope it gets fixed

Trying to make the payment for Pro account here. The payment is processed and accepted but the account never get upgraded. Luckily I only paid for 1 day Pro as a trial. Sent a messenger to support and also made a comment on the official forum, but no feedback received nor was the issue corrected
