Written on 6/23/2026 ### 1/5 — Crashes and changes addresses often *2026-03-14* This app needs an update, has not been one in 2 years and a lot of technology has changed in that time ### 1/5 — Nice . . . When It’s not Crashing *2024-09-24* Works well, until I select the directory. Crashes every time. It is updated. I reinstalled it, which fixed the problem for a few us. I’m constantly frustrated when I want to look up numbers and addresses of members. Can you update the app and see if it addresses your issues? ### 3/5 — Super buggy *2026-06-20* The church directory app is in theory very good but it has a tendency to be buggy. Several times over the last two years it wouldn’t allow me to add parishioners photos. Also I’ve have had problems with the app logging members out of the app and having to either deleting the app and reinstalling or entering their unique ID to gain access. UCD customer service is super slow to respond and is under staffed. The new functions have been great also. Being able to send out notifications about church events and even prayer concerns are great new feature. Seems like issues have been resolved. ### 3/5 — Could be a great app *2022-11-22* I purchased this app for the fifty members of our church congregation. Before rolling the app out to members I quickly noticed a couple bugs . First the app wouldn’t allow me to me to place photos in the ( photo not available) blocks on both the Church Staff and Church pages . Secondly, on the Church page there are field character limits that cut off all church staffs last names. If those issues are fixed , this would be five star app. ### 3/5 — Not working *2019-12-27* My app is currently not working. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.
