Don’t waste your time with this app! ### 1/5 — It’s a scam *2024-01-26* There’s a 15% chance it will work. They had to resend the card as the first time they sent it, I was on holidays using a different SIM. A lot of unnecessary info has to be provided and the apple wallet transfer does not work. ### 1/5 — Privacy violations ahoy *2022-12-20* Requires a massive amount of unnecessary personal information to use what the giver has already paid for. A data breach waiting to happen. I would not give these gift cards to anyone. ### 1/5 — Cannot activate *2022-01-20* I tried contacting via email, and have not received a response for nearly a month. And there is no one to answer the phone number listed. Poor service ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Useless App *2026-03-10* Unable to login or reset via the app. Clicking Forgot Password does nothing - it asks for your mobile number to send the verification code, then takes you to a different screen to enter the code and new password, but it doesn’t actually send you anything. So you’re stuck waiting for a code that will never come regardless of how many times you click resend code. I have to login via the website, and still the card doesn’t appear and can’t add it to my Apple wallet. So I’m stuck with a gift card that I can only use online and enter details manually. Can wait to get spend the credit and ditch this card. Such a pain to use. ### 1/5 — Difficult *2025-12-13* Useless ### 1/5 — Unresponsive app *2025-10-13* It appears that after downloading iOS 26.1 the app no longer works with my mobile devices.i.e.iPhone and iPad. Had to log on to the website with my wife’s MacBook to access my account. The card does work at woolies and some online stores but not all. Still wont load into apple wallet.
