La aplicación no tiene ningún parecido a los screenshots en el App Store. Tiene 4 botones y todos son cosas para hacer por llamada. Tremendo.

Sería bueno que con el capital que generan a través de sus pólizas, hicieran una pequeña inversión en la mejora de esta aplicación para facilitarle el proceso a sus consumidores. Estamos en el año 2022, la gran mayoría de las compañías ya permiten a los consumidores hacer una gran cantidad de gestiones de manera remota a través de las aplicaciones. No es mala idea que se actualicen.

Para que hacen una aplicación que lo unico que hace es llamar por teléfono. Wao que adelanto!

Esto es lo mejor que pudieron crear?  Esto que llaman app no sirve para realizar ninguna gestion, absolutamente nada. No sirve de nada, no puede ver sus pólizas, ningún tipo de información de sus pólizas, y mucho menos pagar.  La "opción" que le brinda para supuestamente "Pagar", sólo le lleva a un botón que sólo marcará el teléfono de Universal para hablar con un representante. No pierdan el tiempo bajando esta "App". De App no tiene nada. Sólo servirá para ocuparle un espacio en el screen de su teléfono. Mediocridad en su máxima expresión, por no decir la palabra que generalmente usaría cualquier persona.

This is a great app for filing vehicle accident claims and reports. The app guides you through the steps and information necessary to complete the claim (including incident photos) and when you are done it takes you to your default email application will all the information properly organized and in the correct format ready to be submitted to Universal. You can attach additional photos and edit the text of the claim report before sending the email. I find the app very helpful as it takes away the hassle and guess work of making sure you include the right information in your claim. A Universal Insurance representative replies by email to your claim report with initial status and claim number, usually within a few hours after the claim is filed. The app also comes handy for having important telephone numbers (tow service, offices, etc.), contact info and addresses readily available and in kne location.
