I’ve sent an email to the listed email address in the “contact us” section of the menu but I doubt I’ll get this resolved or my money back. Upon opening, you are spammed with the weekly subscription, access to my local network, and to give it a rating. Well, you wanted a rating so bad, here it is. NO ONE IS GOING TO PAY 3.99 A WEEK FOR A REMOTE!! At least give the use a second to try the app before flooding us with information. Especially to give it a rating. You pushed me away before I ever used it. I would pay a single time for a good application for such a trial/novelty. Never weekly. At that point your better off buying the physical device. In the 30 seconds I tried to use it, I was asked to rate it three times and told with every button I tried to press that I had to buy a subscription to use it.
