When I was ready to check out, I added my card information and hit pay. I did this about two times and on both times, It said to fix my payment information. I double checked my information and everything was correct which was odd to me. Since it didn’t work both times, I decided to not buy them on the app. I checked my bank transactions and the two payments went through!! When on the app, the payment never went through & failed. This is ridiculous!!! Currently on the phone right now with the bank so i can resolve this. Universal was not helpful with this. ### 2/5 — Poor replacement for the map *2026-06-24, version 2026.6.1* A very poor app. Yes you can browse the attractions and mark them as like but you don’t see the liked items on the map so you see which ones are near. Also to navigate from your current location to an attraction is shown as a route. Also not easy to look at the map and see the attractions on it. But why would universal Studios try to make things easier once you have already bought the expensive tickets. They also force you to exit the long way - when you are over 72 it would be nice to have cut thru the butane gates after 4pm so that you have to walk less to the shuttle. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App is broken *2026-08-29, version 2026.8.1* When I open the app I see the character circle and 2 empty buttons.
