When it turns on a show the sound is so loud, and the remote doesn’t offer a volume button. It’s misleading. The sleeve selection shows a volume y up and down, but once you choose your sleeve, the volume up and disappears. The tv I have is a Fire tv. The three day subscription show me that I should not be paying for this remote. Becauseafter just that one session, I cannot connect to the TV no more and I am not paying $11 every month just to use the app on my phone to control my TV. There is no warning that the user is actually going to be treated as a returning subscriber and charged/blocked by Apple’s billing system. The app should clearly state that the trial has already been used rather than continuing to display an offer the user cannot actually use. The developer does this to trick ppl into thinking they have a free trial so they can take your money, not to mention the app doesn't even work w/my tv, tricks on them tho bc I'm not paying them!
