I spent almost $45 for a lifetime fee. Not only does this not work at all, but I sent the email to their "contact us" and came back as undeliverable. I hate that I fell for this.

1.If you have confirmed that you subscribed to the PRO plan but it hasn’t taken effect, you can try clicking the "restore" button on the subscription page to restore your subscription status.

2.Please also check if the subscription was purchased on another platform, as we do not have a subscription plan priced at $45.

3.If the issue persists, you can send your subscription order number to our email at cs@ldyt.online, and we will try to manually restore it for you.

We have a ton of different devices in our house—LG TV, Fire Stick, and a soundbar. It’s always a hassle juggling multiple remotes, but this app has changed the game.
