Fast, reliable, easy to use! Thanks Universe!! ### 5/5 — Fantastic scanning app *2017-03-10, version 1.10.3* Awesome app for scanning tickets, selling tickets at the door, and managing a guest list. I run a food festival and Ticket Manager helped me get through my lineup quickly - I was able to have two lineups with separate people scanning each line. When the Internet when out, the app worked in offline mode as well and then synced back up when the internet came back. This looks like an app designed to scrape user logins and password from Universe.com users. ### 1/5 — Worst *2025-12-01, version 3.5.5* The app is terrible and complicated for no reason. I wish they would make it so you can really click an event see the number of tickets and names like Eventbrite. Also it always glitches, like rn I can’t see when I’ve sold tickets. I have to login online. It’s making me want to go back to Eventbrite. ### 1/5 — Brickfest *2024-01-28* I can’t believe brickfest still links guests to download this app to complete check-in! The UNIVERSE App is for the employees, not guests. **Developer response:** Sorry to hear about your experience, DL West. You're right, the BoxOffice app is meant to be used by event organizers, not ticket holders. We will reach out to this event host to inform them of their mistake. ### 1/5 — App for organizer, not guest *2023-02-20, version 3.3.6* After buying a ticket through the website, I was prompted to download the app. I assumed it would be for easier access to my tickets, search for events, but instead it was simply for the use of event organizers. There should be either a different app for the ticket holders or a different interface all together. ### 1/5 — Website needs updating to clarify *2023-02-04, version 3.3.6* Rating is not technically for the app just for attention to issue. The link on brick fest website takes you to this app but it is meant for organizers not ticket holders I’m assuming. The brick fest site also gives directions to download the app to show your ticket. I’m sure y’all just need to change that to say the account online but it is confusing to customers. The app itself may work well for what it’s intended for but needs to be removed from the customer page. Thanks ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2022-07-23, version 3.2.1* I downloaded this app because Brickfest uses it. It has been nothing but an irritation. I forgot my password and it was quite the ordeal to get it reset. When I finally get logged back in to the app, I can’t see my tickets. Apparently, I’m now logged in as an event organizer 🤷‍♀️ I just gave up and printed paper tickets. ### 1/5 — Update will not open *2020-09-28, version 2.9.5* After updating, app will not open.
