I can’t talk to the idols, the app takes forever to load when it’s done loading it’s stuck. I can’t purchase a membership what’s the point of the ap?

As a non Korean kpop fan I would love to able to keep up with my favorite artists but I can't even purchase a membership to do that. I have tried from multiple apps for over a week and the page to even purchase a membership will not load

The only reasons I got this app were for the messages and the QR codes I get in my ATEEZ and Monsta X albums. However, I firstly had problems scanning them as they would send me to Safari saying to download the app rather than open the app in the first place? After some research someone posted online to "Go to a planet, tap Collection, then Archive, lastly See More." And that there should be a QR scanner button. BUT IT DOES NOT EXIST. What's the point of the QR reward codes if it doesn't even freaking work or exist? Fix this issue, because I no longer do the messaging portion of the app, therefore the only reason I'd keep the app is the QR codes.

It’s very obvious they only subtitle bigger groups or don’t subtitle for weeks. The sub price really isn’t it worth it for what content there is in my case. It’s an okay interface I wish I could just search titles tho

Cannot log in got kicked out of my account. Made new account and now when I purchase a membership I cannot use the benefits saying “no membership”. These groups pay you guys to make the app function right???? So get on it

The idea of the app, the content, the artist interaction is great, but the execution is sooooo bad. The app itself is slow…frustratingly slow actually. A few months ago my membership disappeared even though I was still paying for it, so I had to cancel it and repurchase it again. Then the little things are so difficult to do, too. It won’t access my photos and sends me to settings when I’m trying to set my profile picture, even though I’m set to have access to my camera roll. If the app itself were faster and didn’t feel like every new page loading took twenty seconds, these things could be easily overlooked, but since maneuvering around is exhausting, everything else becomes 10x worse. There is so much potential for this app, I really hope it can upgrade and change itself into something we can enjoy using regularly, but how it is right now repels me from even touching the app when I get artist updates because I simply don’t want to deal with it

It has been MONTHS already and this app won’t let me log in. Everytime i try to, a message pops up saying “A temporary error has occurred. Please try again”.  Been trying to reach out customer service, second time i did they told me to wait for 7 days if i didn’t get a response then get back to them. I did and they said “we hace checked and it may take some time to find and fix the issue clearly, once the ckecking is complete, we will guide you with extra answer with this ticket” which of course, has not happened yet. Unbelievable since I’m paying money for it and it won’t let me log in. FIX YOUR BUGGY APP

The app is so expensive with the amount of bugs they have. Not to mention customer service is basically non existent and they don’t care to update their translations even if they get personal inquires from the artists themselves.
