This app has been optimised for smartphones; images may appear distorted on other devices. ***Functions*** • My ID Cards: take the weight off your wallet! Add your library card, sports/fitness card or student ID card to the app in digital form. • Menus: Get menus from the canteens, cafeterias, cafes and restaurants of all three sites. You can set your own “favourite canteen”. • Timetables: shows all ÖPNV connections to the campus (Grifflenberg, Freudenberg and Haspel) and Wuppertal Central Railway Station. • Campus Navi with live view or map view, including the option to search available rooms by entering your preferred date and time. • Person search: Contact details of university employees and address book function. • Library: Direct access to the online catalogue with search function; overview of opening times and locations. • Lectures: View all lectures cancelled or taking place that day. • News: Provides the latest news and information about the University. • Appointments: Never miss anything again, be it a lecture, workshop, exhibition, talk or concert. Gruß FS ### 1/5 — Schlechte App, wie die Uni selbst *2023-09-10* Die App spiegelt sehr gut die Uni wieder, sie ist eine einzige Katastrophe. Die Campus Navi Funktion ist komplett nutzlos und ist nicht ansatzweise mit einer Navigation vergleichbar. Das Logo der App wird nicht auf dem Homebildschirm angezeigt. Die Einbindung des Semestertickets führt dazu, dass sämtliche Kontrolleure eine Annahme verweigern und ich 6€ Verwaltungsgebühren bei der Bahn zahlen durfte. Die Funktion der Webmail ist nur eine Browserdarstellung, die dazu führt, dass die App hängt, sobald man eine PDF Datei öffnen möchte. In der Mensa wird die App auch nicht akzeptiert. Der Studentenausweis bzw. das Bahnticket wird zwingend vorausgesetzt. Ich kann jedem nur dringend empfehlen sich eine vernünftige Uni bzw. Grüße FS ### 5/5 — stürzt seit ca. 2 Wochen beim Starten ab *2023-06-12* auf iPhone SE 2020 Edit: funktioniert wieder ### 1/5 — Absolut unbrauchbar *2023-06-12* Bin jetzt seit mittlerweile 2 Jahren an der BUW und ich kann mich an keinen einzigen Tag erinnern, an dem die App für den Alltag ohne Probleme lief. Bis auf das Campus-Navi ist die App einfach nur eine Belastung. Man wird ständig ausgeloggt, ständig rausgeschmissen und es gibt gefühlt alle 2 Wochen irgendein neues Problem. Zudem lassen sich die meisten Funktionen nicht einmal benutzen. Das macht die App teilweise so überflüssig, dass es sich bei den meisten Dingen über den Browser viel mehr lohnt.
