App Store lets me open the app but I can’t see the icon on my phone’s desktop.  Is this a bug? What is the fix?

Had to delete app is always crashing, it’s annoying having to redownload multiple times.

The updates look great and I appreciate being able to quickly pull up and use my UA Alumni Association membership card for discounts!!
