I cannot log in and cannot find an option to enter a new password. Please add this option.

Doesn’t work at all on my phone - I’ve downloaded and reinstalled multiple times and when I open the app I just have a white screen with an error message saying service unreachable unknown error

I’ve only just started at the gym 2 weeks ago but I’ve already become quite passionate about my visits. I’m trying to quickly learn how to use the machines & Ive asked PT ( Dani - who has been great ) to target warm up/ workouts & get me really up to speed.

Love this app! It’s really easy to see what’s on each week, and to book/cancel classes etc. It’s nice to hear their updates about offers they’ve got on and see job vacancies etc too.
