If the app malfunctions, the uni will do nothing to fix it and correctly mark you as present. Around 25% of the class today had issues. You try to use the web version of the app then it says your attendance could not be validated and will be counted as an absence (with no way to change this even if the app reconnects) Why is this even necessary??? Everyone here is an adult and paying to be here. If we were to miss classes then that is on us.
