### 3/5 — Too hard to make payment

Please improve taking payment flow. Cost auto fill doesn’t work - perhaps take it to safari to complete payment. Secondly, please use Apple Pay. Lastly can use stripe perhaps linking feature so you don’t have to remember credit card info.

It’s impossible to register using this app because the drop downs for your birthday automatically close before you have a chance to select anything, meaning you can’t fill out this required field.

This is a poorly designed app, difficult to navigate and they really should hire a UX researcher (not a designer/PM who conducts some interviews and claims that the research was conducted, but a true quant and qual researcher) who will fix a ton of problems with this app.

Not a bad app but the "Sports Centre Information" button doesn't work and when you are directed to the sports page the mobile version of the website is clunky and not intuitive. There is no way to see opening hours easily - even via the mobile website. Searching for it is even worse. Please update the app! 
Aside from that class bookings very easy to use. HOWEVER during exam time they change the location and don't provide a map with where the new location is and expect you to know where they are telepathically.
