I am able to log in online from my laptop, but not the app, despite resetting password twice.

Can’t access the gym without the app, and no one would answer the phone when I called 

Also overall this app is not user friendly, especially when you consider the cost of the membership

Took money out of my account despite the fact I didn’t pay for the monthly membership and it’s very hard to leave the membership for some unusual reason. Trash app.

Purchased a core student membership for £15 in the Ravelin Center, registered to my student account. I then find out I need to book my club/society sport sessions on the app; i can’t just turn up. My uni and personal account is not registered/invalid, and when I tried registering my account, I was not able to make any further progress unless I bought another sport package, which I had already paid for. I don’t like how we’re over relying on technology. This honestly just feels like a team of software engineering students had to put this together as a project and now we’re all just forced to use it. It was much more simple just signing and turning up to sessions like before. This attempt to improve accessibility gives me more of a hard time if anything.

Yesterday I visited Ravine for the first time, with my grandson for swimming.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, setting up my account, and providing details of what was available. The facilities were spotless and the environment was very friendly

I can’t log in or register as it goes round and round 
I use same email and password now saying too many on this email can’t win 
Website doesn’t do automatic fill in so it gets very frustrating
