## Most critical reviews (6 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2024-12-09*

It never works! Although notifications come through once you open the app nothing is there even after refreshing, so it’s impossible to get booked on a class if on the waiting list. Constantly having to reinstall.

### 1/5 — Poor for Pay as you Go

*2022-04-29*

When paying for PAYG the interface is painful and slow:
- it does not pull in personal details nor payment details from your phone settings so every detail needs to be typed every time
- Apple Pay would be a lot easier
- can only pay for one booking at a time; should be able to add to basket and pay for multiple options at once (wouldn’t be needed if the payment options weren’t so painful)

### 1/5 — Problems to log in

*2020-09-14*

It does not recognize my university profile details, nor the my email’s password nor my student ID on ‘Reset pasaword’.

### 1/5 — Will not load

*2020-09-07*

Does not load past the launch screen

### 4/5 — Works as it should

*2021-10-17*

The app works as expected and has been useful during the pandemic to book slots etc. Hopefully the counter for the gym will be in place soon as the number of people in the gym affects how good a workout can be (if machines are free etc).

### 5/5 — Delighted User (Wiesiek Chodyniecki)

*2023-02-25*

Simply, the very best app I have EVER used.

It is intuitive, efficient and gets visible marked IMPROVEMENTS - only when needed and not just changing, just for the sake of changes (like many other apps inc google)

Congratulations to the developers - use of new software technologies “at its best”

(On reflection, I think EV software developers could learn from You a lot; they in terms of intuitive man machine interface (MMI). I have Volkswagen ID4 vehicle and it is on opposite end of MMI - EV infotainment is most user unfriendly on ID4)

Carry on and continue to bring credit to best practice in software MMI integration :)

Thanks, Charted Engineer (retired ex Jaguar Cars research & development specialist)
