The app restricts people under 17 to use it I’m currently working at a subway and I’ve had to do it at the subway every time instead of just using this app please lower the age restriction to 16

As a Sandwich Artist training myself, I am very displeased with this app. The whole user interface and set up of this app is kind of ridiculous. It’s not smooth at all. Nothing is organized. It’s not easy to use. Subway should really just scrap this app, and make a whole new one. Also, the operations manual should be in this app as well as The Feed. Try again, Subway!

이런 개1같1은 건 처음본다
돈주는 근무시간도 아닌데 개인이 시간들여서 교육들어야하고 동영상만 아니라 퀴즈까지 넣냐?
사람이 서브웨이에만 집착해서 사는 줄 아냐?
서브웨이 말고도 다른 일하는데 시간쓰느라 바쁜데 이런 개2족2같은 어플만들어서 의무로 듣게하는건 처음본다!

If they make you do these video I would just quit to be honest nothing really helps you get better, and when your done nothing exciting happens. If they make you do these just quit it’s not worth 4-5 hours if just interactive 5 year old videos. I have 2 words JUST QUIT.

1. 앱 사용성이 너무 불편합니다.
    업무를 효율적으로 하기 위한 교육 앱이라면 누구나 쉽게 사용할 수 있어야 하는데, 현재는 사용 과정이 복잡하고 불편해서 오히려 스트레스와 피로감만 커집니다. 교육의 목적보다 불편함이 더 크게 느껴집니다.
2. 최저임금을 받는 아르바이트생에게 요구 수준이 과도합니다.
    매장 업무만 해도 충분히 바쁜데, 추가적으로 많은 과제와 학습을 요구하는 것은 현실적으로 부담이 큽니다. 급여 수준에 비해 책임과 요구 사항이 지나치게 많다고 느껴집니다.
3. 근무 외 시간까지 개인 시간을 사용하게 하는 점이 부당합니다.
    앱 교육이나 과제를 집에서 3~4시간씩 해야 한다면, 이는 사실상 업무의 연장입니다. 업무와 관련된 시간이라면 정당한 보상이 함께 이루어져야 맞다고 생각합니다. 무급으로 개인 시간을 사용하는 구조는 납득하기 어렵습니다.
4. 이 앱의 운영 목적이 현장 지원인지 통제인지 의문입니다.
    현장에서 필요한 실질적인 도움을 주기 위한 시스템이라기보다, 형식적인 평가나 관리만 늘리는 방향처럼 느껴집니다. 왜 이런 방식이 필요한지 현장 직원 입장에서 공감하기 어렵습니다.
5. 요구되는 내용이 아르바이트 업무 범위를 넘어섭니다.
    퀴즈, 세부 지침 숙지, 과도한 학습량 등은 단순 매장 보조 업무 수준을 넘어서며, 오히려 본사 직원이나 정직원 교육에 가까운 수준으로 느껴집니다. 아르바이트생에게 동일한 기준을 적용하는 것은 과하다고 생각합니다.
6. 실질적인 도움이 없고 시간만 낭비됩니다.
    교육 내용이 실제 매장 업무 능률 향상에 직접적으로 연결되지 않고, 보여주기식 절차처럼 느껴집니다. 결과적으로 배우는 것은 적고 시간 소모만 커서 비효율적입니다.
7. 현장 아르바이트생에 대한 배려가 부족합니다.
    아르바이트생도 단순히 인력이 아니라 사람입니다. 학업, 개인 일정, 체력적인 한계가 있는데 이를 고려하지 않고 지속적으로 부담을 주는 방식은 존중이 부족하다고 느껴집니다.

Been using this app for what two years now. Still missing key features like adding passwords to a logger, no staying logged in. Every time I use the app I’m having to reset the password cause I just don’t care. But now modules in the app at taking an hour to get through when they used to take like 10 mins. Using a very clearly made for desktop training module for mobile devices is sloppy. Looks more professional now but still very sloppy in basic good UI.

Always dependable, always consistent, never ever an issue. The only time our company has had to contact technical support was for things on the backend, like merging 2 accounts into 1. SO grateful to finally have an app without issues!!! I have been using it every day for over 5 years (desktop and app versions) from training hundreds of employees to corporate uses in the office). THANK YOU!

I use the app to train our 250+ employees often. Compared to so many other apps it’s a pleasure that University of Subway is consistent! I always know it’s going to work. I appreciate the subtle sense of humor woven into the courses, especially the newer ones. It makes all the difference! Most of our workers are teenagers, and we couldn’t run our stores without them! It’s nice to give them some training that’s quick, simplified, easy to understand, and a little fun! 😉 However, even with all that, my favorite part is that when a person logs into University of Subway, the courses can be merged or transferred through the HELP Menu, so returning employees don’t have to start their University of Subway training all over again, regardless of which owner they work for!!
