Really disappointed I paid to upgrade the app. Will not be renewing the subscription. ### 1/5 — Ripoff Alert *2026-05-04* Read everything about this before you subscribe. Must have multiple people subscribe in order to use for a golf group. If you don’t use it, the designers will not even discuss a reimbursement and they will happily keep taking your money if you accidentally fail to cancel the subscription. My fault? Of course! The best thing is these guys taught me to never trust App designers. ### 1/5 — Would Not recommend *2025-12-01* Possibly some of the worst customer service I have had to deal with. There are other apps, that are far more superior. Waste of money. ### 5/5 — GAME CHANGER for those who have a weekly or daily game *2025-03-19* No more arguments over who owes who when the round is over! Tell the app who is playing. Unknown Golf pulls the data from GHIN and uses up to date stats to allocate strokes. Verify your scores hole by hole and BOOM, all the calculations are instant. Too many other features to list, and you’ll quickly become familiar with your favorites. Build a friends list or even a league and keep up with how all your buddies are playing. Multiple groups and even large tournaments are a breeze, everyone can follow the action hole by hole and even challenge your nemesis mid round. ### 5/5 — Everything you need for your games *2024-11-27* This app leaves everything else in the dust for functionality, user interface, visual appeal and features. Run any game and format, unlimited players, sync with GHIN and run all your side bets at the same time. Unmatched! ### 5/5 — Expectations Exceeded *2024-09-23* Our 60 member league has a lot of different ongoing games…weekly, monthly and season long. Every single one is handled by UG. Can’t say enough good things. Our players love it and it is a competition directors dream. The caveat is that with all the capabilities, there is a learning curve for a league director. The makers say a month, and that’s been my experience. It also took time (2-3 rounds) to get our players on board with entering scores live. For an individual player, UG is easy to learn, like Grint. I listed all the benefits in a summary for our players…a full page long. Includes auto loading of all indexes, auto calculation of course handicaps, auto posting of all scores to USGA, auto updates of all our competition reports, and of course the live leaderboards for players and families. The marker feature ensures score integrity. Throw in multiple registration options and a robust communication module (replaces problematic Google Groups and our annoying group texting about individual player commitments), and it really is a dream for this league director. **Developer response:** Thank you from all of us on the UG Team! Then when i choose a password it doesnt move past that step. The password choosing screen just blinks when i press finish. So, once you set up your account and login via your username and created password you should not have to enter that information again.
