Unknown Knights is a Roguelike/Stategy story driven game, where the decisions you make greatly affect your game down the road. I purchased solely for the lovely graphics, and I am so glad I did. The battles are real- time and take strategy, timing, and skill to win. Even the in game weather can affect and change the way your knights play! Awesome game and totally worth the purchase. ### 5/5 — 깔끔하게 엔딩까지 즐길수있는게임 *2020-05-28* 결국 노가다로가게되는 대부분의 게임과 다른게임. 스토리엔딩은 어떻게든 볼수있으며, 성과나 랭크시스템이 있으나 게임진행에는 전혀영향이 없다. 그냥 집중하고 약간의 생각을하며 플레이 할수있는 끝! 이 있는 게임 스토리도 괜찮다. ### 5/5 — 何度でもできる *2020-05-23* ゲーム設計とバランスの良さが素晴らしい。 クリアしたら一からと言うのは逆に毎回成長の楽しみを味わい続けられるという事が改めて分かった。 パワーインフレの袋小路に入らなくて済むという、他のゲームデザイナーにもお手本にして欲しいゲーム。 一つ、自分はようやくランキングで40位に入ったのだけど、上位者はミスリルを100個近く残してクリアしている。3人をアップグレードさせてこれだけ残すのは不可能なはず。 何かチート的なことをやってるんじゃないだろうか？それとも昔のバージョンでできたことなら、スコア調整をしてほしい。 最終的に継続できるモチベーションはスコアとランキングになるので。 ### 4/5 — Great little game-but punishing times lose *2020-04-27, version 2.630* All in all I think the art style and gameplay are wonderfully simple yet captivating. However my ONE issue is that saving your game does nothing, as the game automatically saves your progress anyway, AND if you die, you must restart from chapter 1, rather than from the level on which you died. And saving the game doesn't help because you can't manually load a save game to go back after dying. I find it to be incredibly annoying. Was this the original intent? is it supposed to be "let's see how far you can get" kind of game? If so that's fine, I guess. But it isn't made clear. ### 5/5 — 나온지 얼마 안됐을 때부터 하고 플레이하고 있습니다. *2020-04-12* 개인적으로 첫번째는 게임성에 반했습니다. 모바일게임 특성상 다회차 플레이가 쉽다보니 빠르게 질리기 마련인데요, 그래서 로그라이크 게임들이 제법 잘 나가는 것 같습니다. 하지만 대부분 피시게임의 아류작에 불과한 게임들이 태반입니다. 언노운 나이츠는 이러한 로그라이크에 한국인들이 선호하는 전략 장르를 감미해서 이러한 모바일 로그라이크 게임의 단점을 보완했습니다. 따라서 전략게임 특유의 다양한 변수, RPG게임 특유의 개별적인 플레이 방식이 어우러지면서 매번 색다른 다회차 플레이가 가능하다는 점은 극찬을 마다하지 않을 수가 없어요. 두번째는 분위기 입니다. 알 수 없는 세계를 탐험하는 것은 그 자체로 정말 흥미로운 일이지만, 그 세계가 호기심이 아닌 식상함으로 가득찼다 해도 그럴까요? 언노운 나이츠의 분위기는 어둡습니다. 우리의 역할은 이 게임의 세계가 어쩌다 이러한 세상이 되었는지를 탐구해가며, 그 근본적인 원인을 해결하기 위함이죠. 그 사이사이에 한국유저들의 코드에 맞는 유머는 덤입니다. 오히려 그렇기에 어둠은 더 부각되고, 웃음은 더 빛을 발하는 법입니다. 여기에 이러한 세상에 따른 다양한 사건들과 선택, 그리고 그에 따른 결과를 보는 것은 여행에 색다른 재미를 더해줍니다. 매 순간이 흥미롭다고 할 수 있겠네요. 아케이드를 포함해 정말 많은 게임들을 플레이했었지만, 이만큼 독창적인 게임을 찾기는 힘들껍니다. 한국 모바일 게임이 걸어갔으면 하는 길을 보여주고 있는 게임입니다. 언젠가 제가 게임 업계에서 일한다면, 이 개발팀과 같은 분들과 일하고 싶네요. 꼭 플레이해보세요. 멋진 경험이 될 겁니다. 그리고 개발자분들께 정말 감사드립니다. 덕분에 군생활 동안 멋진 모험을 여러번 떠날 수 있었어요. ### 5/5 — 이동은 안하고 피로도만 올라가는버그 *2020-04-11* 이동하다보면 상인이 나타나서 물건값 깍아준다면 사라는데 살때는 모르지만 안사고 그냥 이동누르면 이동은 안하고 상인이 다시 나타나 똑같이 반복함. 이러면 위치도 이동은 안하는데 피로도만 한칸 올라감.....피로도 없을때 이러면 짜증.... ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — 제발 업데이트좀. 만들었으면 마무리나 유저들 니즈도 좀 들어 주지... *2025-08-20, version 2.630* 업데이트 좀 해주지 참... ### 1/5 — 게임 실행이 안되네요 *2025-08-17* 아이폰 10에서 실행하면 처음 로딩 끝나고 크래쉬 발생해서 게임 뻗네요. 업데이트 안하는건 그럴 수 있지만, 이런 상태면 스토어에서 내리던가 해야지 무료 게임도 아니고 소비자들 돈만 날리게 만들어 놨네요 ### 1/5 — Requires forfeiture of data for “offline” play *2021-09-18, version 2.630* This game requires you to agree to a privacy policy whereby you forfeit your data to the developer who has already taken your money, even if you have no intention of using online features. The limited options during combat severely hamper your ability to deal damage before being overwhelmed by enemies with over 100x your squads health pool. Far too many unbalanced fights, but the enemy variety is welcome. It’s an old game and it shows. It’s not too lore heavy but gives you a story, mechanics are simple but strategic, so many random encounters that are different depending on who’s in your party. The knights all look cool especially when enhanced. The art and gameplay is very dark not quite gritty but does have some elements that it could be and sometimes is. I personally love the fact you can obtain militia and infantry to help you on your quest and the stamina system.
