## What is Unlit?

Unlit counts every hour since your last cigarette and shows the money you keep and how your body recovers. When a craving hits, breathe through it with Unlit.

HOW IT WORKS
• Tell Unlit what you used (cigarettes, heated tobacco sticks or e-cigarettes), how much a day and what it costs.
• Quit right now, from a day you already quit, or on a day soon. Until a planned quit day, Unlit counts down and helps you get ready.
• Your smoke-free time, money saved and amount not used add up live.
• Follow the World Health Organization's timeline of what happens after you quit, with the time left to your next milestone. The source is shown in the app.
• When a craving hits, ride it out with a three-minute breathing guide, then note what set it off and how strong it was.
• Slipped? Log it and keep your clock, or restart from now. Your longest run is kept.
• Optional notifications tell you when you pass a milestone.
• In the US, call 1-800-QUIT-NOW from the app for free support.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account, no ads, no server. Everything stays on your iPhone.
