## What is UnlitHero?

Choose a method for a familiar smoking situation, record your daily plans and actions, and continue your journey in a coastal fantasy adventure.

UnlitHero combines everyday quit-smoking support with a role-playing game:
• Choose a method for situations such as after meals, work breaks, stress, or social settings.
• Record attempts, smoking-related history, and personal reflections as you follow your journey.
• Progress through Chapter 1, a fantasy adventure along the coast, and keep your character progress.
• Turn on optional device-local reminders, export your account data, or delete your account in the app.
• Updating your smoking history does not remove character rewards you have already earned.

UnlitHero does not diagnose, assess individual treatment, prescribe, or promise cessation outcomes. Follow the plan from your healthcare professional.

Hero Plus (optional auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly): ask Xiaolan, an AI companion, when a craving hits; review the methods you tried this week; and get a daily suggestion for which method to try first. Quit methods, records and the adventure are free. Prices are shown in the App Store, and you can cancel anytime in your Apple account settings.
