Je suis dans une période difficile de ma vie (séparation, pression au travail …) et la méditation ça n’a jamais marché sur moi. J’ai beaucoup aimé le concept d’unload, innovant et beaucoup plus simple à tenir au quotidien. Je vois déjà des améliorations, on verra ce que ça donne sur le long therme !
