## What is Unload?

Your head is not a to-do list. Record a task by voice — Unload turns what you said into a task.

One voice note, one task — with a title, a date, an owner and the steps it takes. No forms, no setup, no sorting it all out later. First task in three seconds.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Hit record — in the app, in the widget, or on the Action Button — and say what you need to do.
2. Unload recognizes the speech and works out the rest: what to do, by when, who owns it, what it breaks down into.
3. The task is already in your list. The recording and the transcript stay with it, so the original is always one tap away.

WHAT'S INSIDE

— Voice, text, or a message forwarded from Telegram — capture it however it arrives.
— Dates the way people say them: "on Friday", "in two weeks", "tomorrow morning".
— Contexts: work, home, car, a project. Nothing gets mixed together.
— Subtasks and checklists, so a big job becomes a set of steps.
— Recurring tasks for the things that come back every week.
— Focus: a short list for today, as its own screen and as a home screen widget.
— Works offline. On a plane, in a tunnel, out of town — the capture waits on your phone and sends itself when the network returns.
— On the web at unloads.me: the same tasks from your computer.

FOR TEAMS

A Telegram group or topic becomes a shared context. Reply to a message, mention the bot, say who and when — and the agreement leaves the chat as a task with an owner and a deadline. The bot never reads the conversation; it steps in only when you call it. A shared task can only go to someone who is part of that context.

WHY VOICE

Thoughts arrive at the wrong time and in the wrong place: driving, walking, between meetings. Typing is awkward, and holding it in your head means thinking about nothing else. Saying it out loud takes three seconds, and your head is clear again.

PRIVACY

What is collected and why is set out in the policy at unloads.me/privacy. The recording and the transcript are deleted along with the task.

Free, with no setup. Start right away and create an account later.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.0.1 — 2026-10-05

What's new in 1.0.6

  • App tour. A quick walk through the essentials — or a detailed one if you want to see everything. Start it with the Tour button and close it at any moment.
  • Actions. Send a task to other apps with a single button. Ready-made buttons are already on the shelf: switch one on and it just works.
  • Faster and more stable. We optimized the app: lists, sync, and voice capture are now more responsive.

We also made more than 60 improvements to make your work easier and more enjoyable.
