It loses two stars because usage is impossible on Google TVs. One star because it lacks "Leanback launcher icon." for my Google TV and has to be side load launched. Two stars because once the app is started it is impossible to select a vpn location as the screen lacks any gui prompts or any sign of where you are on the menus.
