App hangs and has to be restarted every time. Can’t switch modes. This has been going on for four months with no updates or fixes. I think the developer quit supporting the app. Junk. Buyer be warned.

Doesn’t tell you when robot is finished cleaning. Doesn’t tell you when robot is done charging. Can’t check status from house because you need to be at pool. USELESS

The vacuum is great, it has all over mode and floor only mode, but there’s no way to connect to Bluetooth to make it floor only mode. And that’s one of the reasons I was buying it just to focus on the bottom of the pool. So now there’s nothing I can do except let it go all over, charge it again and put it back in the pool until the bottom is cleaned

So far our Crab works great.  I just wish there was a way to change the cleaning mode to a new default.  We have a vinyl liner, the walls are never dirty, and we’d prefer to avoid the wear and tear of the all surface cleaning.  It’s easy to change, just wish I didn’t have to do it every time.

The Crab robot that needs a cord to charge is great it just needs to come out of the pool itself like on the wall when it’s low on battery it goes on the wall and heads to the surface waiting for someone to pick it up and charge it so that way people don’t have to dive down to get the robot or use the pool net stick also make it so the robot can map the pool so you can tell it where to clean. And not to clean and tell it where to go when it’s low on battery so people can pick it up at a shallow area of the pool
