The app has ways to work around it …which makes me think they anticipated voice recognition problems. However one of the last puzzles has no workaround … so we weren’t able to finish it. This unlock box set has had the most bugs yet of all unlock sets. For reference I was playing on an Iphone15. Overall these are good…so I can’t tank the app rating … because of flaws in the most recent boxes that have been released. L’appli fonctionnait parfaitement sur Android mais sur mon iPhone, je n’ai aucun son, ce qui est très handicapant pour le jeu (nous avons dû aller consulter la solution pour des énigmes autrement impossibles sans son) ### 3/5 — Bugs sur enchanted adventures *2026-01-17, version 18.4* Nous avons eu une dizaine de bugs durant l’utilisation du jeu, avec l’application qui se freeze sur un téléphone récent (pas de mise à jour disponible). Ça oblige à recommencer certaines machines et se souvenir des étapes effectuées dans le jeu pour pouvoir avancer. C’était très déceptif et nous n’avons pas terminé l’aventure. Cela reste très rare sur l’ensemble des aventures Unlock, mais il faudrait résoudre ces soucis pour éviter la frustration des joueurs ☹️ ### 4/5 — Enjoyable *2026-01-05, version 18.4* My family loves these games. Ticket to Ride though doesn’t not work well for taking the pictures at various parts of the game. Beyond frustrating. È un peccato visto che il gioco è veramente unico e merita di giocare tutti i titoli ### 2/5 — Eigentlich gut, aber Ton geht nicht… *2025-12-24, version 18.4* Eigentlich ist die App sehr gut und die Spiele machen Spaß, aber dass man einige Aufgaben nicht lösen kann, weil der Ton nicht funktioniert nervt irgendwann richtig!!! Aus den Rezessionen lese ich, dass dieses Problem schon lange bekannt ist und trotzdem nicht behoben wurde. It requires taking a photo of a few cards via the app but for two of them (a foot and a bottle) it flat out wouldn’t work with iPhone 17 Pro Max even after taking DOZENS of photos from various angles and distances. We had to take a photo with a SECOND phone, zoom in, and take a photo of THAT phone with the iPhone. (Thank you BGG forums for that workaround!) Of course during all that nonsense the clock is counting down and killing your score. This is the downside of requiring an app for your game: It MUST work, and this one didn’t. ### 1/5 — Faulty Game *2025-11-13, version 18.3* The Birmingham Murder has a bug at the game end. You’d think for how expensive the games are the app could work properly. ### 1/5 — Sound doesn’t work and app freezes *2025-12-28, version 18.4* The game seems fun but becomes very frustrating when the sound doesn’t work so you can’t completely puzzles and the app freezes multiple times and you have to restart. ### 1/5 — Bug appareil photo *2025-12-20, version 18.4* Avoir un jeu escape game qui necessite une application mobile pour fonctionner est en soit une bonne idée mais quand on a une application comme celle là qui est adapté à des mobile des années 2010 avec des bandeaux noir en bas et en haut, une application photo qui bug (impossible de prendre la photo d'un pied sur un l'aventure du rail) et qui nous bloque plus que 45 minutes dessus avant d'aller voir les solutions pour comprendre que ça vient de l'application, ça ruine complètement l'expérience du jeu. Avec le nombre de jeux vendu il serait plus que normal de commencer à mettre à jour votre application. C'est une honte de vendre des jeux comme ça bien construit mais complètement détruit par une fonctionnalité essentielle au jeu. C’est un jeu si amusant qui renforce l’esprit coopératif et qui fait bouillonner notre cerveau pour résoudre des énigmes. Des énigmes très bien faites d’ailleurs ! Bei Apple muss man wissen: wenn das Gerät über den Kippschalter an der Seite stumm geschaltet ist, kann auch die App keine Töne wiedergeben. Daher das iPhone oder iPad immer über den Kippschalter auf Ton stellen! Viel Spaß ### 5/5 — Nice game *2025-04-11, version 17.4* I love this game ### 5/5 — Très bien *2025-03-03* Très bon jeu j’en ai fait plusieurs En revanche l’app devrait poser un rapport d’erreur pour éviter un commentaire comme celui ci: j’en ai eu 3 pour ma part Les 2 même erreurs sur « Sherlock les anges brûlées » et «  les aventuriers du rail » où nous sommes bloqués sur lavant dernière interaction du téléphone, ne nous donnant pas l’accès au résultat du jeu ainsi que le dernier « blabla » qui conclut l’histoire, assez frustrant quand on y passe de longues heures… Derniers bug encore avec la fin sur « l’île du docteur Goorse », ou sur le dernier code à entrée on arrive sur la page du résultat cette fois (youpi), mais nous laissant 2 cartes inutilisées car le dernier « blabla » ne nous disait pas de prendre la carte 11 (puis 63).
