## What is UnlockFocus?

UnlockFocus helps you reduce distractions, build better habits and stay present.

Choose Learn to Unlock when you want to study using your own notes, scans, documents, decks and questions. Quizzes are optional and only use the material you select.

Choose Simple Focus when you want to block distracting apps during work, reading, meetings, religious services, family time, sleep or other important moments. A clear countdown shows how long remains, and emergency access is available when genuinely needed.

You can:

• Select apps and categories to block
• Create learning goals with target dates
• Add notes manually
• Scan study material
• Import supported documents
• Create custom question-and-answer decks
• Use grounded AI quizzes from your own material
• Track focus sessions, progress, streaks and awards
• Sync account data across supported devices

Free users can try the core experience with limited sessions, notes, scans and quizzes. UnlockFocus Premium provides higher limits, longer sessions and additional learning and focus tools.

UnlockFocus uses Apple Screen Time and Family Controls technology. The device owner can still uninstall the app or change Screen Time permissions in iOS Settings.
