Won't allow mix. Won't export. Won't display activity progress. Poor visual design.

Ужасное приложение,долго грузит потом сбрасывает

Скорее всего данная проблема связана с ограничениями доступа к нашим серверам в конкретной стране или с конкретным провайдером, и повлиять на это напрямую мы, к сожалению, не можем. Если есть возможность, попробуйте другого провайдера и следующие шаги: Проверьте стабильность интернет-соединения (попробуйте переключиться с Wi-Fi на мобильный инет или наоборот). Перезагрузите устройство и попробуйте снова. Если ничего не помогло, напишите нам на почту drumpads24help@gmail.com и укажите модель вашего устройства, версию, и опишите подробно саму проблему: в какой именно момент она появляется (если возможно, снимите видео проблемы), мы разберемся подробнее.

Сняли подписку . В приложение вылезает сразу ошибка что не может синхронизироваться с API . Но для снятия денег приложение хорошо справляется .

Поясним, как именно работает процесс оплаты, чтобы было понятна наша роль и роль Apple:
1. Мы не снимаем деньги. Разработчики приложения (Drum Pads 24) не получают и не имеют доступа к вашим банковским картам, счетам или данным Apple Pay. Мы не можем напрямую списать средства.
2. Платежи обрабатывает только App Store.
3. Вы имеете право запросить возврат у Apple. Так как платёж прошёл через них, только они имеют право на возврат. Это можно сделать очень быстро: перейдите на официальную страницу Apple: rreportaproblem.apple.com или следуйте инструкциям из этой статьи: https://support.apple.com/ru-ru/HT204084.

2. Какой продолжительности был файл, который вы пытались сохранить?

Кстати, для справки: в бесплатной версии есть ограничение на длительность файла — до 3 минут. В платной версии это ограничение увеличивается до 25 минут.

Please attach the original video that you were trying to edit in the app. We will do our best to meet your expectations and improve your opinion of the application.

Please note that the application uses pre-trained models to separate the original audio file into tracks. Therefore, the quality of the original audio file is an important factor in achieving a satisfactory result. Unfortunately, even with high-quality files, the result may not always be satisfactory.

Почему в бесплатной версии вокал остаются вместе с мелодией мелодия тише но но остается мелодия исправьте а ещё мне срочно надо было одну песню отредактировать а там по длине ещё нельзя загружать песни я тоже исправьте я удалю ваши приложения если не исправить я вон так тороплюсь что даже пишу с ошибками

Ограничение длины:
в бесплатной версии Unmix: вы можете загружать файлы не более 3 мин., потому что это бесплатная версия с ограниченными возможностями. Для обработки треков до 25 минут, нужна подписка. 

О разделении дорожек:
в бесплатной версии трек можно разделить только на 2 дорожки - это вокал и все остальное, кроме вокала (Vocals (singing voice) / accompaniment separation). Причем, указать, какие именно это дорожки будут - нельзя.
В платной версии (с подпиской) можно разделить на 5 дорожек - это вокал, drums, и три других (vocals / drums / bass / piano /other separation).
