## What is Unmute?

Unmute is a warm daily speaking practice. One prompt a day, two minutes of speaking, and a private reflection that helps you find your voice.

Every day a fresh prompt — persuade, argue, teach, pitch, or simply tell. Speak for 60 to 120 seconds. When you're done, Unmute quietly analyses your pace, pauses, energy, and filler words, and turns them into a warm, specific reflection:

• One pattern worth noticing
• One small thing to try next time
