Distributor not delivering if we order from this app they simply showing delivered

This is my 3rd order from the application i never received at least one delivery till date , i called to customer customer care and raised a complicated multiple times but no proper response till date. Just now placed one more order will see, i know i will  not receive this delivery as well😃

I don’t have an option for zero star😃😀
