Unniguide is a great way to get an english interpreter for any clinics that don’t have in-house translators which makes all the world’s difference when picking a clinic to go to! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — 「原爆」みたいなニックネームをつけてきた *2026-08-27* 便利なアプリだと思って利用していましたが今回の件で印象が変わりました。 久しぶりにログインしたら勝手にニックネームとプロフィール画像が変更されており不正ログインを疑いました。 問い合わせたところ、デザインリニューアルの一環としてニックネームを一度も変更していない初期仕様のままのユーザーを対象に一括変更したとのこと。 いやなんのために？？ ユーザー本人たちの意思確認なしに強制的に変更する必要性が全く理解できません。 しかも私の場合、ニックネームが『原爆』『爆発』を連想する大変物騒で不快でださくて気色悪いもの。 現在、海外では今も戦争中で爆発によって住居や命を失った方々が大勢いるのによく『爆発』なんて物騒なニックネームをユーザーにつけてきましたね。 韓国には原爆をネタにして日本人を馬鹿にするのが生き甲斐みたいな輩が一部にいます。（まー韓国に限らず日本人を馬鹿にする時、大抵の外国人は原爆をネタにしてくる輩がいますが）時々ＫポのMVにもそういうのをねじ込んでくるぐらいなので…… カンナムオンニ、お前もか？と疑いましたね。 そこで生成に使用する単語に原爆・爆発以外に悪口・差別・性的な言葉など…不快な言葉が含まれていたのか？ そうした言葉を除外するフィルタリングやチェック体制はあったのか？ どの部署の誰が今回の企画、変更を実行したのか？ 同様の名前が他のユーザーにも生成されたのか？を具体的に質問。 ところが返ってきたのは「ランダム生成なので特定の担当者が設定したものではない」「現在対応を進めている」という説明。 なぜそんな物騒な名前が生成される仕組みを作り、ユーザーに割り当てる前に防げなかったのかを聞いているんですが具体的な説明はなし。担当部署や責任者の役職についても「外部への案内は難しい」とのこと。そして最後は、「弊社よりお答えできる内容は以上」。 質問には十分答えないまま、きれいに蓋をされました。 この際なので、以前から不満だったポイント制度についても改善を要望。 美容整形は、口コミ・症例・評価などを比較して病院を探すだけでも時間がかかります。さらに施術後にはダウンタイムや経過観察があり、すぐ次の施術を受けられるわけでもありません。それなのにポイントの保有期間が短く使う機会が来る前に何も使わないまま失効してしまうことがあります。 そのためポイントを最長2年程度保有できるよう改善してほしいと伝えましたが、こちらも「規約・システム仕様上、失効したポイントは復元できない」とのこと。 ユーザーが設定したものは本人の意思確認なしに変更できるのにユーザーからの改善要望は「仕様なので」で終了。 そうですか。ずいぶん都合のいい仕様ですね。 せっかく便利なアプリだと思って利用していただけに今回の変更そのものだけでなく疑問をぶつけても核心には答えず最後は「以上」で終わらせる対応に非常にがっかりしましたね。 一応「今後のサービス改善に活かす」「ユーザーからいただいた意見を真摯に受け止める」とのお言葉をいただきましたので本当にユーザーの意見が今後のサービスに反映されるのかせっかくですので見守りたいと思います。 **Developer response:** Unni（カンナムオンニ）をご利用いただき、また貴重なレビューをご投稿いただき誠にありがとうございます。 今回の過程におきまして、意図せずお客様にご不便をおかけいたしましたことを改めて心よりお詫び申し上げます。 また、カスタマーサポートへお問い合わせいただいた際にも、お客様のご期待に沿うご案内や十分なサポートができず、重ねてお詫び申し上げます。 いただきました「ニックネーム生成時のフィルタリング」や「ポイントの有効期限」に関するご指摘・ご意見につきましては、サービス運営および開発チームへ共有し、今後のサービス改善に活かしてまいります。 お客様からいただいたご意見を真摯に受け止め、今後もより安心してご利用いただけるサービスづくりに努めてまいります。 改めまして、この度はご不快な思いをおかけしましたこと、深くお詫び申し上げます。 ### 1/5 — 가입 이후 시솔 추천에서 안넘어감 *2026-08-11, version 3.327.0* 영어 버전 문제 인지 가비하고 바로 추천 시설 메뉴에서 skip 눌러도 화면 안넘어가고 메뉴 완료 단계에도 완료 버튼 활성화 안됩니다. ### 1/5 — 損します *2026-03-18* 前日もこのアプリを開いているのに来院当日の朝突然、一定時間使用されてないからログインしろと言われてやったところなぜか上手く出来ず。 チャットで問合せしたところ返事まで30分から1時間待たされる。 言われた通りやってもログイン出来ず、予約してたクリニックは当日キャンセルする羽目に（朝10時からチャット、15時までかかって解決しない） クリニックからはキャンセル料払えと言われ、こちらはカンナムオンニと半日やり取りして（返事が遅いから1、2問の問いに何時間もかかる）時間の無駄➕キャンセル料支払い。このアプリは辞めた方が良いです。チャットがやってないので朝9時過ぎにメールで問合せると自分のメールも返事もハングルで返って来て読めない。翻訳機能使う羽目になった。 ト◯ビューの方が全然良いと思います。 **Developer response:** この度はアプリのご利用においてご不便をおかけし、誠に申し訳ございません。 いただいたご意見を真摯に受け止め、今後お客様にとってより快適なサービスとなるよう、改善に努めてまいります。 ### 1/5 — Invasive app *2025-11-30, version 3.291.0* Required email and phone number verification before you can even use the app. ### 1/5 — App won’t open *2025-05-18, version 3.264.1* I can’t write a review for the actual app because it won’t even work. I get a pop up that says, “critical data could not be loaded. Please restart the app.” I have tried restarting the app, re-downloading the app, and even restarting my phone. I have the newest iOS, I have tried using wi-fi and my cellular service.
