It’s always delayed or cancelled. Delayed time is usually between 10 to 20 minutes which is really affects schedule badly. Why change the former overlay? It was easy to understand. Now it’s just hard. It drags to open, it’s so confusing to know what direction the bus is coming or going even if you click on arrival or departure. However, the app could improve by having more regular updates. Sometimes , live times aren’t accurate or the app feels a little slow. Keeping it updated would make it even better and more reliable for users. Overall , it’s a great app, and I’d recommend it to anyone using UNO buses regularly ### 1/5 — Poor service *2024-11-22, version 4.27* We want to push more people to use public transport yet this app is not easy to use, nor does it track live bus journeys let alone tell me bus times which never seem to turn up. I have on a number of occasions been waiting for over 2 hours and ended up getting a taxi home as the bus times in this app do not reflect when they turn up. ### 1/5 — The buses are always have issues *2024-10-16, version 4.27* I have no problem with the app but the bus system is bad, there’s always a change mid the journey and the bus drops you off at the campus and never comes bac. Also there’s always a change in drivers and sometimes they are late making the whole journey long and you can’t even complain. Not sure whether it is not updating due to the driver or control office issue. When ask drivers say it’s issue from the office. I don’t like the bus that has a very noisy loud rattle emergency door. The driver/conductors are hero’s really driving in the heat and all other weathers and putting up with all the traffic they are reasonably friendly. Timings and frequency of busses like they say on timetables is working better than I thought they would just a couple of times when they haven’t turned up, 2 hourly bus services at the weekend isn’t really enough and early bus time finishes means going out in the evening isn’t really possible.
