Handy app though, one it updates. Excellent & friendly staff on boats , keep up good service !! Much better than opening that PDF that TC supply on their website every time!  ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — There are no timetables in this app *2022-01-10* Or if there are, I can’t find them. Don’t waste your time on this one. ### 1/5 — Utterly Ruined *2013-09-09* Slow handclap to whoever thought this was an improvement. This latest update replaces useful features with information you can already get without the app. Instead of being able to view live times for eastbound and westbound boats separately, we now have the same incomprehensible board you see at some of the piers that just lists the abstract boat numbers and arrival times. And instead of the neat timetable view showing arrivals for your stop (again, east or west), you just get a scan of the same PDF you can download from the website. Basically, two changes that make this app completely redundant, unless you happen to be at one of the stops where the electronic board is broken. Could benefit from more easily identifying arrival times, especially for locations where the boat doesn't always run to on every service. Live updates would be nice, but appreciate this is a big ask, TC's don't even provide this on their piers. Also have just updated my iPad to iOS 4.2 and now the app fails to launch. It's by far the best way to see Central London and the glorious Royal Greenwich. High speed boats blast you up and down the river, excellent onboard staff make the journey so much more enjoyable.
